Two ways to make a reservation

1. Use our online booking module (link at the bottom of this page)

  • Choose when and with how many people you would like to stay
  • To confirm enter valid credit card details through a secured line (no money will be taken from your credit card)
  • Payment is due upon arrival (cash, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard)

2. Contact us by email (email address at the bottom of this page) 

  • Let us know when and with how many people you would like to stay
  • To confirm you will be asked to transfer the amount due to our account within the period we propose
  • We’ll let you know when we have received your payment
  • We can cancel your reservation if the payment hasn't been done in time


Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy always applies, regardless the reason for cancellation.
  • To cancel or change your reservation you need to send an email to info@hosteluppelink.com, mentioning your name, arrival date and reservation number. Only when you receive a confirmation email from the hostel, the cancellation or amendment is valid.
  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the arrival date, there is no charge. If you made a reservation on our official website (www.hosteluppelink.com) you can cancel until 24 hours before the arrival date.
  • If you don't cancel on time or in case of a no show, the amount of the first night will be charged.
  • All beds in reserved private rooms need to be paid.
  • Once arrived and paid for the reservation, you can't get a refund in case of cancellation.
